Sport and exercise psychology– professional structure and applied case study.

This chapter will present an overview of the current training structure of sport and exercise psychology in the United Kingdom. By delimiting to the UK, it is hoped that readers interested in investigating training structures in other parts of the world have a framework to follow. Throughout the chapter, there will be a range of activity boxes intended to help you explore and apply the information presented.
