Abstract

The article discusses how to improve sport through appreciative inquiry (AI) and practices. Topics covered include co-creation, learning and dynamic relationships, the energising force of appreciative relations, and the essence of appreciative organising in the way sporting processes are seen to empower all those involve to transcend boundaries.
