Abstract
Hartpury University were commissioned to conduct a social media audit to help better understand the value and impact of Active Essex across their 4 main social media channels, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. This audit aimed to identify the current engagement rate of their activities, identify good practice from their content and provide recommendations to help develop their platforms moving forward.
