In vitro testing of the Probiotic Yeast Strain - Saccharomyces boulardii against key beneficial and pathogenic faecal bacteria associated with the gastrointestinal tract microbiome of dairy calves

Analysis of interaction between potentially beneficial and pathogen bacteria associated with GIT development in the dairy calf, and a yeast-based probiotic. To assess interaction that may support calf microbiome health during dysbiosis. Consideration of antibiotic effect on the viability of the probiotic will also be assessed.
