Evaluative project on the contextual impact of the Hartpury Coaching Centre coach development portfolio.

The aim of this research project is to evaluate the effectiveness of the professional development workshops, as part of our coach development portfolio, that we deliver across the 2024-2025 academic year. We want to understand how coaches learn, what delivery strategies are effective for the connection of learning to take place, as well as explore what coaches need and value in the form of professional development. Those that attend each workshop across the coach development portfolio offer we have will be given an opportunity to take part in the data collection, as well as comment on how transferable the workshop content is for their coaching context.
