Despite the acknowledged significance of authenticity and professionalism in teaching, research exploring faculty perspectives of these concepts and their implications for student learning is limited, particularly within Higher Education. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the perceptions of authenticity and professionalism in teaching among members of HE departments in Hartpury University
