Description
The project will investigate the internal culture of Hockey Wales at the organisation level, exploring leadership practices, development and the implementation of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) practices across all levels. Recommendations will then be considered by those within Hockey Wales as part of their continuous improvement.
