With over 20 years’ experience in higher education, I have held senior leadership roles spanning research, enterprise, and curriculum development, shaping strategy, driving innovation, and supporting staff and student success.

My research focuses on athlete physical characteristics, cervical spine assessment, sports biomechanics, injury prevention, and performance optimisation. I collaborate with leading organisations including the Premier League, Women’s Professional Leagues, Rugby Unions, and international university partners to produce applied research that informs practice, policy, and athlete welfare.
