Research interests
I have two main roles at Hartpury, the first as Head of Medical Services in the Sports Academy, and the second as a Senior Lecturer in Sports Therapy. These roles provide the opportunity for collaborative research and areas of particular interest at present include:
- burnout in elite sport support staff
- the use of technology in the management of rehabilitation and recovery
- return to collision sport following injury
- cervical isometric strength / proprioception and concussion in rugby
