Dr Polly Pick

I have worked in Higher Education, specialising in Business, Management and Leadership for many years. I am passionate about connecting students with real-world businesses and organisations. A key theme for me is also supporting personal and professional development. I have been fortunate enough to teach undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral students in a variety of locations around the world. Prior to joining Hartpury, I was Director of Business Engagament for the University of Gloucestershire, where I led the development of their Apprenticeship programmes. Before that I was Head of Executive Education and Corporate Relations at Nottingham Trent University. I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and I hold a PhD 'An Exploration of Brand Preference in Young Female Adolescents'. My research and supervision interests include aspects of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Branding and Leadership and Management.
