Personal profile

Overview

I am currently head of teaching and learning at Hartpury University, leading teaching enhancement, mentoring for Advance HE accreditations, and assessment feedback. I play a key role in supporting students, co-chairing the inclusive teaching and learning group and international student transitions.  I undertake practice-based research in teaching and learning, am a co-convener for the Advance HE TEAL network, and am a Student Minds Mental Health Charter assessor. I gained my Principal Fellowship of Advance HE in 2026. #PFHEA

I teach anatomy to sport science students, bringing in gamified, play-based pedagogies. I lead staff development in teaching and learning across the university, where I aim to create a safe, collaborative culture promoting excellence, reflection, and evaluation.
