Description

This is a networking support group that is aimed for intentional female coaches (18+) to attend. We cover a range of workshop topics that aim to help female coaches within their coaching journeys and pathways with the aim of improving their practice and confidence to deliver in relation to key concepts that the Football Association promotes.

The focus of this specific workshop was player engagement and how we engage our players within our environments. This was a collaborative space where we identified barriers to player engagement and recognised ways we may be able to engage our players more. This was then linked to session design planning to align with the coach's environment.
