Description

This is a networking support group that is aimed for intentional female coaches (18+) to attend. We cover a range of workshop topics that aim to help female coaches within their coaching journeys and pathways with the aim of improving their practice and confidence to deliver in relation to key concepts that the Football Association promotes.

The focus for this specific workshop was learning interactions and strategies. I delivered a practical with U14 female Development Centre players demonstrating different ways we may utilise the players and a variety of strategies to encourage different levels of learning to take place. This was then reflected upon within theoretical based conversations and tasks pre and post the practical.
