Description

This is a networking support group that is aimed for intentional female coaches (18+) to attend. We cover a range of workshop topics that aim to help female coaches within their coaching journeys and pathways with the aim of improving their practice and confidence to deliver in relation to key concepts that the Football Association promotes.

The focus of this workshop linked to getting to know the coaches that joined on their first attendance of the event as it was our launch event. This included filling out a coach profile that involved identifying: current level of coaching, aspirations, what support they would like, information surrounding their coaching environment and what words they would use to describe their coaching environment.
