Women’s Coach Development Group – Collaborative Discussions and Sharing Ideas (Session Design Planning) – Gloucestershire FA

This is a networking support group that is aimed for intentional female coaches (18+) to attend. We cover a range of workshop topics that aim to help female coaches within their coaching journeys and pathways with the aim of improving their practice and confidence to deliver in relation to key concepts that the Football Association promotes.

The focus of this workshop linked to developing an idea around how we plan for our players whilst considering our coaching environments and resources that we have. We discussed session design, planning and top tips surrounding those concepts.
