Erasmus exchange: Knowledge exchange visit to provide specialist guest lectures on coaching and rugby union coaching specifically. Furthermore, working within the CUS (University Sports Centre of the University of Pavia) programme to provide support for coaches and coach rugby union teams across the breadth of the rugby union club from the U13’s through to the Senior Men’s team.
