This presentation will unpack the ongoing work of the UKSCA regarding psychosocial coaching competencies. These include philosophical, pedagogical, sociocultural, and psychological competencies. The presentation includes practical elements of how to develop such competencies, which include current EDI issues. We will also outline our future direction of providing online workshops to become part of the UKSCA CPD cycle.
